New York Botanical Garden, or NYBG, holds 250 acres of territory. Established in 1891 in Bronx Park in New York City's Bronx, this botanical garden with over one million living plants also includes the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory with several habitats and the LuEsther T. Mertz Library boasting one of the largest collections of botany-related texts in the world.
